This policy is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything in it is unclear, email us and a person will answer.
It covers the website and the enquiries you send through it. It does not cover HAR.com, which is operated by the Houston Association of Realtors and has its own policy.
Who we are
Gebora Realty Team is a real estate team based in Cypress, Texas, serving Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend and Waller counties. This policy covers the website at geborarealtyteam.com and the enquiries you send us through it.

Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to do the job you have asked us to do. That falls into three groups.
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in a form or message — for example the area you are searching, your timeline, or the address of a home you want valued.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and how you arrived. This comes from ordinary web server logs and from analytics, described below.
- Information from third parties: if you reach us through HAR.com, a referral partner, or a social platform, that service may pass on the contact details you gave it.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to respond to your enquiry, to send you property information or a home valuation you asked for, and to carry out a transaction if you decide to work with us.

- Setting up and maintaining a property search on your behalf
- Preparing a comparative market analysis or valuation you requested
- Meeting our record-keeping obligations under Texas real estate law

When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share it only where it is needed to do what you have asked, or where the law requires it.
- Service providers who work on our behalf — email, form handling, hosting, scheduling and analytics — under agreements that limit them to that purpose
- People in your transaction, such as a lender, title company, inspector or the other side’s agent, when you are working with us and it is necessary to close
- Our sponsoring broker, where our brokerage agreement or Texas law requires it
- Law enforcement or a regulator where we are legally required to respond
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to keep it working and, if enabled, an analytics service to understand which pages are useful. Analytics tells us about traffic patterns, not about you by name.

If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not use automated marketing texts unless you separately opt in. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us in writing, and that will not affect any transaction already under way.
Your choices and your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kaci@geborarealtyteam.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of your personal data, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal data. We honour these requests regardless of where you live.
Some records — executed contracts, transaction files — we are required to keep even after a deletion request. We will tell you if that applies.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
Enquiries that do not become a transaction are kept only as long as they are useful, and then deleted. Transaction records are kept for the period Texas real estate regulations require.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information — bank details, full account numbers, government ID numbers — by email or through a web form.
Wire fraud is a real risk in real estate. We will never email you wiring instructions or a change of wiring instructions. Always call your title company on a number you already have before sending money.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our property search links go to HAR.com, operated by the Houston Association of Realtors. We also link to social platforms, school districts and government agencies.
Those sites have their own privacy policies and we do not control them. This policy covers only what happens on our site.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear rather than quietly filed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
