Despite having to work with a realty team while out of state, Ashley and Kaci made the home buying process as seamless and easy as it could be—despite the difficult market. They went above and beyond to show houses by taking extensive videos and photos, and even meeting up with local family members to view the homes more than once to accommodate us. After putting offers in on over 10+ houses at the peak of the market in June of 2021, Ashley and Kaci did not allow us to lose heart. They were available to us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, which made it so much easier for us to move quickly throughout the process—as time was of the essence. They always responded within an hour or so, and were quick to investigate new listings and send details quickly.
