The rules for using this website, what the information on it is and is not, and when a working relationship with us actually begins.
The short version: this site is marketing, the listings live on HAR.com and belong to HAR, and nothing here makes us your agent until there is a signed representation agreement.
The long version is below, and we would rather you asked than guessed.
Agreement to these terms
By using geborarealtyteam.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms are between you and Gebora Realty Team, a real estate team in Cypress, Texas, working under Blair Realty Group, a Texas licensed real estate broker.
What this website is
This is an informational website about our services and the Houston-area communities we work in. It is marketing, not a transaction platform.
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell real estate, an offer of representation, or a binding commitment of any kind. Prices, availability and market descriptions are general and change constantly.
Property information and HAR.com
We do not publish MLS listings on this website. Every property search link sends you to HAR.com, which is operated by the Houston Association of Realtors and carries the Houston MLS.
HAR.com is not ours. Its content, accuracy, availability and terms of use are controlled by HAR and the listing brokers who supply the data. We make no representation about it.
Listing data changes throughout the day and can be wrong or out of date at any moment. Square footage, lot size, school attendance zones, tax rates, MUD and PID rates, HOA dues and flood zone designations must be independently verified before you rely on them. Do not make a purchase decision on a listing field alone — ask us and we will check the source.
Using this site does not make us your agent
Sending us a form, requesting a valuation, booking a consultation or exchanging emails does not create an agency relationship, a fiduciary duty, or a brokerage agreement.
In Texas, a brokerage relationship begins only when a written representation agreement is signed by both sides. Until then, and unless we tell you otherwise in writing, we do not represent you.
Before you substantively discuss a specific property with us, we will give you the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Information About Brokerage Services form, which explains who a broker can represent and what each role means.
Not legal, tax, lending or inspection advice
We are real estate licensees. We are not attorneys, accountants, lenders, appraisers, surveyors, engineers or inspectors, and nothing on this site is advice in any of those fields.
Anything here about loan programs, down payment assistance, property tax, homestead exemption, MUD and PID districts, insurance or flood risk is general background. Get your own professional advice on your own situation before you act.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for your own lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the content, or reuse it commercially without written permission
- Attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or gain access you were not given
- Submit false information, or another person’s details without their permission
- Use our forms or contact details to send unsolicited marketing or recruitment
Intellectual property
The design, text, photography and marks on this site belong to Gebora Realty Team or are used with permission. You may share a link or print a page for your own use.
Republishing, reselling or building a derivative site from this content requires our written permission.
The REALTOR® mark, the MLS data, and the Equal Housing Opportunity logo belong to their respective owners and are used under the terms those owners set.
Third-party websites and services
We link to HAR.com, school districts, appraisal districts, government agencies, lenders and social platforms because they are useful. We do not control them, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Follow their terms and privacy policies when you are on them.

This website is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent Texas law allows. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
