Ashley is a broker-associate and Director of Education at Blair Realty Group, leading Gebora Realty Team with a teacher’s heart and a strategist’s mindset. A lifelong Cypress-area resident and former educator, she combines deep local knowledge with clear, patient guidance to help clients and agents navigate every step of the real estate process. Ashley now trains and mentors agents across the brokerage, turning complex contracts, market data, and compliance into simple, confident decisions for buyers and sellers.​

​Kaci is the Director of Agent Relations at Blair Realty Group and co-leads Gebora Realty Team, focusing on relationships, communication, and client experience. Having lived in the Cypress/Houston area for most of his life and coming from an education background, he is known for breaking down the ever-changing real estate market into clear options that fit each client’s goals. Whether he is supporting agents or serving buyers and sellers directly, Kaci brings calm, consistency, and advocacy to every transaction.

Kelly is a REALTOR® with the Gebora Realty Team and a Recruiter with Blair Realty Group, known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and client-first communication. A University of Houston graduate with a background in accounting, she brings a detail-oriented, numbers-aware approach to pricing, negotiations, and contract strategy. Fluent in multiple cultures and active in the Cypress community, Kelly blends care, professionalism, and perseverance to guide each client from first conversation to closing day.
